Our "Armenspeisung" on 28 May is free of charge and is offered to you by the municipality! The 3-course menu will be musically accompanied by the seven-member troupe "Cheibe Balangan" in a unique concert. The event in the arena will start at 19.00 hrs, the number of seats is limited. "Cheibe Balagan", the seven-member klezmer troupe, goes all out: from the melancholy ballad to the fast-paced piece that hardly leaves anyone sitting still, "Cheibe Balagan" has a large repertoire.
Known from the hit film "Wolkenbruch" (Cloudburst), the band's breakneck virtuosity and outrageously party-worthy pieces have ensured high spirits and full halls at Moods, the Rote Fabrik, Zermatt Unplugged or Montreux Jazz Festival. Regular tours to the land of the rising sun also brought the audience into raptures. The current CD "Sumer in Odes" shines with exclusively original songs in Yiddish, excellent songwriting and a drive that is second to none.
