Austrian jazz pianist David Helbock belongs to the generation of young jazz musicians who are pushing the boundaries of their profession, radically changing the musical understanding of old and new, of composition and improvisation, of style and personality, and going their own way.
There are more than a dozen instruments on stage in the concert, but only three musicians: David Helbock limits himself to those with keys, Johannes Bär is responsible for the brass, but also for the digeridoo and alphorn, while Andreas Broger plays the woodwind instruments through to the percussion.
