Ten years have passed since dogs and cats agreed on a truce. Since then, peace has reigned between the two species, secured by a sophisticated surveillance system that warns of emerging conflicts and that both species control together. But one day, a tech-savvy villain manages to penetrate the security system's wireless networks and once again turns cats and dogs against each other. In the blink of an eye, old quarrels erupt again - and the fight between cats and dogs begins anew.
